1. Who we are
DeloLane is a mobile arcade game published by DILINX. This Privacy Policy describes how the DeloLane mobile application ("the App") handles information.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect, request, or transmit any personally identifiable information from you. The App does not require any account, email address, name, age, location, or any other personal detail to play.
What stays on your device
- Best score — saved locally in an SQLite database on your phone so the menu can show your highest run.
- Sound preference — whether you've toggled the sound on or off, kept in memory for the current session.
None of this is sent to us, to a server, or to any third party. Deleting the App removes all of it.
3. Information we do NOT collect
- No name, email, phone number, or address.
- No location, IP address, or device identifier.
- No contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or camera access.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or usage telemetry.
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID).
- No cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting.
4. Third parties
The App does not include any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social tracking pixels. We do not share data with anyone, because there is no data to share.
Apple's App Store and Google Play independently collect their own platform-level data when you download or update the App. That collection is governed by their respective privacy policies, not by ours.
5. Children's privacy
DeloLane is rated for ages 4 and up. Because the App collects no personal information at all, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. No parental consent is required because no data is processed.
6. International users
The App can be used worldwide. Because no data is collected or transferred, no cross-border data transfer mechanisms (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) apply. You have no data to access, export, or request the deletion of, because none was ever collected.
7. Data security
The local high-score database lives in your device's app sandbox and is protected by your operating system's standard app isolation. Removing the App removes the database.
8. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and bump the "last updated" date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the App itself before they take effect.
