Terms of Service — DeloLane

The TL;DR. DeloLane is a free game. We provide it as-is. Don't try to break it, hack it, or repackage it as your own. If something goes wrong, we're not liable for it. Enjoy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DeloLane mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who we are

DeloLane is published and operated by DILINX. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean DILINX.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except where applicable law allows it.
Republish, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the App.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The App and all its contents — code, art, audio, name, and brand — are the intellectual property of DILINX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The DeloLane name and logo are trademarks of DILINX.

5. Updates and changes

We may update the App at any time to add features, fix bugs, change rules, or rebalance gameplay. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here and in the App. Continued use after a change to the Terms means you accept the new Terms.

6. Free of charge

The App is currently distributed free of charge with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertisements, or paid content. We reserve the right to introduce optional purchases or premium features in the future, but only as add-ons — the core gameplay will remain free.

7. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DILINX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App is limited to USD 0, reflecting the free price you paid.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect nothing.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DILINX is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
